In 2008 Rose established BCR Bookkeeping after taking her 20 year well developed corporate finance experience spanning several business within private enterprise and the Government sector with roles ranging from Accounts to Financial Controller.

Rose is a qualified bookkeeper, ICB member and BAS Agent and prides herself in delivering a highly professional and holistic approach to each of her clients.

Developing a high level of competency across numerous financial management matters in her 20 year bookkeeping career, Rose now specialises in preparation, analysing, verification and dissemination, cash-flow, forecasting, refinancing, leasing and budgets for small to medium sized businesses.

Rose is particularly driven by problem solving whilst assisting companies and individuals in implementing business systems to suit their individual needs and requirements, being efficient and resourceful she enjoys the challenges of assisting businesses with setups and structuring them to function efficiently and professionally. With extensive experience in both Quick Books and MYOB, Rose can offer your business a bookkeeping solution with outstanding results.

Rose can assist in preparation of documents for legislative and statutory returns, including income tax, FBT and BAS returns, maintaining general ledgers and can be relied upon to convey accurate and essential financial data to governing bodies and each of her clients in a manner in which is easy to grasp whilst still having the ability to meet strict deadlines. Jacqueline is a Registered BAS Agent with over 20 years experience, she holds a diploma in Accounting, a Certificate IV in Financial Services and Certificate IV in Small Business Management.

Jacqueline has extensive knowledge dealing with many of the behind-the-scenes tasks in a business, she is proficient in all areas of bookkeeping, mostly due to her previous roles which include industries ranging from medical, pharmaceutical, aviation, fitness, construction, logistics, trades and not for profit organisations.

Drawing on this experience she has developed the skills to assist in all areas of running a thriving, profitable business, her business acumen is second to none and prides herself on offering a level of service that exceeds client’s expectations.

Jacqueline is comprehensively skilled in QuickBooks, Xero and MYOB and is methodical in her approach; she can cover all aspects from payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, cash-flow, management reporting, administration and BAS preparation.

With over 25 years of bookkeeping and office management experience, Peggy brings with her a wealth of experience running an efficient office. She is extremely organised and attention to detail ensures that the job is done right the first time.

Over her 25 year career ranging from construction and banner business, sales in advertising, and recently electrical marine services.  Peggy has managed a small sized business in the capacity of bookkeeper and general administrator and office/workflow manager and she understands the significance in running an office and managing staff.

Over her 15 year career ranging from Construction, Retail, Wholesale Marine Services, Amy has managed small to medium sized businesses in the capacity of bookkeeper and general administrator, Amy is experienced in all areas including;

Michelle comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, having not only completed her Cert IV in Business Administration she spent many years running her family owned Earthmoving business alongside her husband.

Michelle understands the pressure that comes with owning and operating your own business and this shows in her customer service. Michelle’s commitment and experience has proven invaluable, making her an asset to the company. She looks forward to not only working with our existing clients but our perspective new client in helping them better manage aspects of their businesses and giving them back their precious time.

Emily is an administration professional with a background as a cost controller on Queensland coal mine sites and an administrative professional. Emily is currently completing her Certificate IV in both Bookkeeping and Accounting, and has experience in common accounting software programs as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Her wealth of knowledge and business acumen allows our office to run efficiently by providing the appropriate coordination and administrative support to our operation, her approachable disposition is favourable with all our clients as she is willingly able to assist with any enquiries as they arise.
